Henderson spoke on strategies in plaintiffs class action litigation as a panelist on "Class Certification Strategies: Dukes In The Rear View Mirror" at the Impact Fund’s 11th Annual Class Action Conference, February 28—March 1, 2013 at the Waterfront Hotel in Oakland, CA. Henderson was asked by David W. Sanford to speak in his place as case developments made Sanford unavailable.
Henderson served as moderator and panelist in a continuing legal education session on "Advanced Issues in Class Actions" at the 2010 Annual Convention of the National Employment Lawyers Association, June 23-26, 2010 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, Washington DC.

Henderson discussed the law regarding efforts to address the participation of minority and women in business as a panelist at the FCC National Broadband Plan Staff Workshop on Diversity and Civil Rights Issues in Broadband Deployment and Adoption at the Federal Communications Commission, October 2, 2009.
