Henderson spoke on strategies in plaintiffs class action litigation as a panelist on "Class Certification Strategies: Dukes In The Rear View Mirror" at the Impact Fund’s 11th Annual Class Action Conference, February 28—March 1, 2013 at the Waterfront Hotel in Oakland, CA.  Henderson was asked by David W. Sanford to speak in his place as case developments made Sanford unavailable. 

Henderson served as moderator and panelist in a continuing legal education session on "Advanced Issues in Class Actions" at the 2010 Annual Convention of the National Employment Lawyers Association, June 23-26, 2010 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, Washington DC.

Henderson served as a panelist and discussed "Closing the Digital Divide"at the "Broadband and Social Justice Summit" sponsored by the Minority Media and Telecommunications Council on January 22, 2010, at the Blackburn Center of Howard University in Washington, DC.

Henderson discussed the law regarding efforts to address the participation of minority and women in business as a panelist at the FCC National Broadband Plan Staff Workshop on Diversity and Civil Rights Issues in Broadband Deployment and Adoption at the Federal Communications Commission, October 2, 2009.

Henderson moderated a continuing legal education panel on "E-Discovery 2009" at the National Employment Lawyers Association annual convention, June 24-27, 2009 at the Westin Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage, CA. The session addressed legal and technological developments regarding the discovery of electronically stored information.

Henderson made presentations on "Innovative Remedies for Achieving Equality in the Workplace" in a continuing legal education panel and on "Civil Rights & the 21st Century," June 26 - 27, 2008, at the 19th Annual Convention of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Atlanta, GA.

Henderson spoke as a panelist on the issues to be considered and the benefits and risks associated with media coverage of cases and law firms in "From 'No Comment' to 'No Problem': Developing a Media Strategy For Handling a Crisis and Growing Your Business" at the Law Firm Marketing Strategies Conference of the ABA’s Law Practice Management Section on November 8, 2007.

Henderson moderated a panel and discussed a paper he authored in "Obtaining & Using Electronic Evidence" at the National Employment Lawyers Association’s Eighteenth Annual Convention in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 28, 2007.

Henderson served as a panelist discussing "E-Discovery-Since the New Rules," during a teleconference and live/video webcast hosted by the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law and the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education in Washington D.C. on May 16, 2007.
