Thomas J. Henderson, the firm’s principal, has more than 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation and class actions in federal and state courts, in representing persons before federal enforcement agencies, and in counseling persons about how to protect their rights and interests in employment and business relationships and in other contexts.
Henderson has litigated individual cases and class actions in courts across the country, briefed or argued appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous federal courts of appeal, and negotiated settlement and separation agreements for executives and complex and far-reaching consent decrees in class actions.
